Only issue i faced during my stay was i had to every day step to front desk for towels in fitness room. And every day they promised the cleaning staff will add towels in Fitness room. But besides last day which was on Friday when i was to check every day i had to ask for towels. I did not expect this from Marriott owned chain. I had stayed in Westin last year and it was way better.
