Came here after our wedding and the staff sent up a complimentary bottle of wine. The valet, escorted us with our bags to our room once we got there. Everything was perfect and couldn't have been better. The room was clean and quiet, the staff was amazing and its location was perfect.

Every staff member was kind and accommodating. The hotel smells amazing when you walk in and apparently it has a signature scent! The room and bathroom were beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. We really enjoyed staying here. Valet is kind of expected though, so just be aware of that because there is very limited parking around the hotel. The area is safe and there are plenty of things to do and places to eat nearby.

I stayed here for 8 days over Thanksgiving (2025) and 5 stars is not even enough for this place. It was beyond AMAZING from the time I walked in to the time I left😭🙌. Katy & Elizabeth made me feel so welcomed & all of the staff were so friendly & amazing beyond words. Marie & everyone else just amazing. The Valet, JT, Chase & every single one of them so polite & kind. I almost cried when I left. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!, clean, safe, lots of dining options, great heated pool.
