Heater was not working. A technician was dispatched. Toilet was overflowing. Waited for hours for towels and washcloths and coffee supplies for second day. Hotel dis not have enough amenities and not enough staff to support bat and restaurant efficiently. We paid for a suite and it was not worth it and did not meet the expectations.
