Dog kennel and discrimination

Do not stay at this hotel. I have never experienced such a terrible hotel stay ever in my life. Also, if you’re hosting a police canine convention, you should probably make your guests aware of this in advance. The “nicest” hotel in the area when it smells like a dog kennel and you’re surrounded with police dogs still in training does not make for a relaxing stay!!

Room was clean but for the price, nothing special at all. TV turned on but all the channels said loading data but never did. Wasn't going to pay more for other options. No breakfast I used for the price. Have a restaurant but have to buy off a menu, no buffet. Was OK but not worth the price. Pillows were good but my back was killing me in the morning!

Our stay at the Hilton Rockwall was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. A special shoutout to Amaya, who went above and beyond with her exceptional service and genuine courtesy. She was incredibly helpful and made us feel valued and taken care of throughout our visit.
