I had trouble sleeping because there was only a very heavy blanket. Staff found me a lighter wait bed spread and that worked. I did not like the pillows. There were four on my bed, all the same. I strongly suggest you use a variety of pillows [hard, soft, thick, thin] instead of all being the same. I plan to stay again next year when I return for the Dallas Guitar Festival [Market Hall, first weekend in May].

Everything was great other than I never received an ironing board that I requested for my room. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! Location was really good for the activities we had planned in Dallas. Cost was appropriate for the stay.

Horrible experience

It was such a horrible experience. I booked this hotel weeks in advance so for a concert that was happening. I was so disappointed when I walked into the room to find it hot . I wanted to give it a chance and left the A/C blasting and left for about two hours after I checked in so that it can cool down but when I got back it was still the same temperature. I went down and they moved us into a different room . We still had the same problem with that room but at that point we were just too tired to say anything the next day we let the front desk works know and they brought a maintenance man and he basically brushed us off and said it was like that everywhere and we had to get over it . We still had to ask for a fan because it was still hot. Then the water was shut off during the middle of the day and we were unable to take showers during a certain set of time which made it really bothersome to be at that hotel .

The staff were pleasant and helpful with any issue. Loved the grind coffee machines available all day. Hot breakfast was perfect. Very enjoyable stay. My granddaughter was having ear surgery, close & conveniant to hospital & restaurants.

Good for the price

I spent two nights at this hotel. I was in town to visit my daughter and son-in-law and just needed a place to sleep. This hotel was fine for that and the price was good. The room I stayed in had been recently remodeled so was clean and smelled new. When I pulled the shower curtain back, the tub was not new. It was scratched and stained. At first I thought it was filthy but it was late so I tried to clean it and realized it was clean, just old. I felt safe at the hotel and parking lot which was good since I was traveling alone. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price this hotel fit my needs with location, safety, and cleanliness.
