Room was clean and smelled nice and I really really appreciate that. The young lady was at check in was really nice and the 2nd shift clerk(first night pregnant lady with warm smile) was so helpful she helped me in retrieval of cell phone from uber. I really really appreciated that as. She was so patient and helpful. With that being said. The first night I got up around 1am to get ice and there was a man in all black including a black hoodie alseep right across from the ice machine that frightened the heck out of me for one he had the hood on his head. Not sure why he was there. I became very alarmed. Didn't know if he was there waiting to harm someone or what. I alerted front desk but she was kinda nonchalant. I felt unsafe in my room at that point. Second night I got a message from supposedly Holiday Inn asking about my stay and if I needdd anything. I replied but no one ever came with the things I requested. Needless to say the man in the corner with hood was alarming and made me potentially decide to never stay at that location again.

Everything was great except for the heater that didn’t work. I have a toddler and tried to set the thermostat at 75 and it was blowing hot air for a few mins then the rest of the night was just cold air. The bathroom was not well ventilated and smelled like someone had their pets living in there.

The stay was wonderful. We had a quiet room on the first floor with a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Hot items were hot and cold items cold.
