This property needs an upgrade, the carpet in the hallways and the rooms are dark, worn, and hold in a stale odor. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room snore. The only saving grace for this property is the staff is exceptional. Very good customer service, which is surprising since they work at property that needs a lot of apologizing for.

NO DIGITAL A/C

The a/c sucks, I got hot and then got cold. The a/c is very old with the nob for hot and cold, it’s not digital! I called down a few times for towels/pillows, it kept saying they’re not available and voicemail is full. We had to walk down to asked.

There were cation signs from I guess a water leak and the maid woke us up trying to come into our room that morning. Could not access internet and some of the plugs did not work. Only up side was bed was comfortable and shower was hot.
