Trisha the evening receptionist was a fantastic host, we love her attitude. The early morning receptionist was not smiling, did not say good morning, and the breakfast lady was late and rushing and dropped all the tongs, etc. The breakfast curtain was drawn back at 6:05. Also there was no decaf coffee. (But Trisha had decaf coffee available when we arrived.) Trisha is the best and should be commended.

Hotel was fabulous but the neighbors across the hall had kids rubbing through the halls they were so loud and disturbing that I couldn’t go to sleep for 2 1/2 hours. I called front desk twice but didn’t seem to help. Then they were up early at 5:00 same thing. The parents as well were just as noisy. Asked for a refund but said couldn’t since I booked through hotels.com.

Staff was very kind. No issues there. The room needs some assistance. One bed was very bowed in. Just looking at it you could see a huge dip in the center. Then, I go to wash my hands in the bathroom, open the soap box and it’s a pair of used contact lenses that fell into my hands!! Gross! Went to front desk and was promptly given new soap. Housekeeping should have caught this.
