I normally would not leave a review, but I have to because of Moncie at the front desk. My in laws were traveling with us and they had an issue with their reservation. Moncie she took the time to figure out what went wrong, explain it clearly, and walk us through our options. She gave us practical advice on how to fix it and stayed calm, friendly, and professional the whole time. The room itself was also great. It had a real kitchen with plates, pots, pans, and utensils, so we had everything we needed to cook and eat comfortably. The bed was super comfortable too and it was honestly hard to leave it in the morning. Overall, the stay was very nice, but it is really thanks to Moncie that I am writing this review.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Hotel is clean and quiet. Gym is quite nice and very clean with well maintained equipment. The gym could use more leg equipment, but is otherwise well equipped. Breakfast is standard buffet, but good quality with better than average variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall great hotel, especially for the price,

I had to go inyo the hospital on a couple of occasions and my room was left in horrific conditions by me, and not only was i welcomed back on a few occassions but i was checked on while i was in the hospital and also when my reservation was up they stored my property for me. My only complaint was alot of my property was missing, it was nothing compaired to the compassion that was shown to me.
