The hotel decided to do kitchen renovations from 11pm until 1:30 am on a Monday evening. Cutting tile, hammering, dropping things. The noise was incessant. The hotel was beautiful. It would have been nice to be able to sleep there. Our room also never got below 73 degrees, which also made it difficult to sleep. The staff was friendly and understanding, but it wasn’t a good experience.

Rafael at the front was excellent in providing us a wonder birthday experience. The hotel was in a fun vibe area that was walkable with lots of great restaurants and bars. They even had a surprise cheesecake piece for my birthday in the room waiting. Thanks Rafael - your the best.
