Another fun trip at ZaZa! Thank you to the friendly ladies at the front counter on Friday at 1 pm who helped me to get into my rooms a little early so I could put a cake and some decorations in there for my mom's 75th birthday. You all made the occasion so special! I really appreciate your flexibility. The valet is awesome as well. They brought my car around super fast each time, and they even drove us to dinner Saturday night. It's small things like that that make ZaZa my preferred hotel in Dallas. Dinner at the restaurant was also very tasty. We will be back!

They closed the pool area for a private event. So the guest could not use the pool. Ridiculous mangement. And the zaza is niw rindiwn. Needs to pne remodeled. Batrooms are old stule not changed in years.

Very interesting hotel with an art deco vibe. I prepaid $700 for 2 nights yet on check in the clerk at the front desk asked to apply a $100 per night charge in the event we used amenities. I was a little offended! The car/shuttle service was excellent.

Our room was exquisite. We were in the bungalows area off the main hotel grounds. Easy parking, very clean. The staff especially Tristan were very perdinable. Communication was so eady as well, thee staff shared their cell numbers readily. Free transportation throughout most of the city.
