My family stayed here for a family trip to gather our kids for Christmas. The location was great and the hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast had many options and didn’t let you leave hungry. The staff was friendly and our room was kept tidy.

there were 2 cockroaches that we found in the bed and on top of that when we ask them for bug spray or a different room to handle the situation ourselves, they told us there was nothing they could do to help andwe felt like our space was infested and we showed them the videos as well of the cockroaches. They said there was nothing that they could do and honestly, this was quite chaotic as it was 2 AM in the morning and we were just a group of three girls traveling together in a new state we had stayed at other hyatt before and they had been really good so we were not expecting this at all especially from a hyatt hotel
