My stay was very nice. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I appreciate how well maintained the property is. Minor details like the smell from the AC, didn't bother me much. The only suggestion I have is, housekeeping should wait until guests are checked out, prior to them entering my room. They came far too early, it wasn't even 9am.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place since 2016 in various locations and note that the facilities are starting to take on a bit of the "shabs". Time takes toll. Also, breakfast are less than I originally recall and even lower priced spreads I have stayed at are doing better these days.

Only "issue" we had was that toilet was kinda slow, but housekeeping called someone that came right away and next day when it was like this again, but in afternoon, they sent someone to leave a plunger since housekeeping was not in the building anymore. Super friendly and helpful staff, shuttle to Gaylord resort, airport, shopping center across the street, where Lego land, aquarium, Meow Wolf, Escape room etc were located...

Lo mejor de todo fue el área el hotel no gran cosa que digamos pero el problema fue que la de housking yo tenía un dinero en un bulto precisamente $500 y cuando me fui del hotel que conté el dinero me habían robado $120 obviamente ya estaba fuera del hotel no pudo hacer ninguna reclamación!! Pero eso me pareció muy feo!!
