Charged my card before arrival even tho it was pay at property and i was going to use a different card. They said it was a cancelation fee even tho i never canceled. Then they said it would take 14 days to refund. Then they charged the next a deposit on that same card even when i already paid the deposit. Called the customer service later and they said the hitel said the first charge was for the first night. So at this point someone is lying. Front desk lady didnt even act like she cared. Avoid this place at all cost. Not worth the hassle.
