A few spots in the room were still dirty, glass lamp table had sticky stuff on it. Bathroom still had hairs on floor. Staff at checkin was helpful and very polite. Close to airport and offer of shuttle was a great perk even though I didn’t use the service. I’ll remember that for next time.

I went on this vacation, on my birthday weekend. Upon arrival I called the hotel for the shuttle service and had the pleasure to speck with Al, who was at the front desk that particular night. He was very detailed and polite, and the service was right on time. Went I arrived at the facility, I was greeted with a smile by Al, and advised of all the hotel amenities which was a Plus. At that moment I found out that there was also free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius which was awesome. The room was way beyond my expectations and the staff were extremely polite !! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning on visiting the Texas area. Al ready made my birthday weekend experience one to remember, because of his hospitality Thank you, Laquita and I’ll definitely be back soon!
