Theft! The room itself was nice but the first night woke up to 2 cars in the parking lot with windows busted out. Then 2 nights later went outside to 3 car windows busted out. Not sure how frequently this happens but their security cameras don’t see anything!

I arrived in Dallas at 1am and had to wait 2 hours to check in because no one was at the front desk. Me along with 10 other guest waited by the lobby for someone to show up. Was terrible. I was extremely tired from a 10 hour drive. The staff was rude. They rushed me out upon checkout. Came to the door several times to ask when I was leaving. The room was dusty, not very clean. There was clear wear and tear on the furniture, light fixtures, carpet dirty, etc.

My vehicle was vandalize overnight out in the parking lot on the hotel premise, eggs were kind of raw. And the staff behind the counter were not friendly at all considering my situation ! Now I’m stuck with a bill on fixing my own vehicle that was not prepared for!

Check in was easy. Went to room, checked sheets, they were stained. Went back downstairs, got another room, sheets had stains ans hair. We stayed at another hotel. Wpuld not recommended this property

Kevian was at the front desk and said “we over sold and you’re not a diamond member so we can’t give you a room, we only have 2 that are empty” keep in mind it’s 230am and we had a 10 am flight…. Booked reso at 2pm that day and called to confirm. You can book at your own risk!!!
