The headboard was damaged, the bathroom door had to be shoved to be closed. The breakfast was subpar compared to other hotel stays I’ve had. And the parking lot was not prepared or taken of for the winter storm that came in. It was full of ice at the entrance.

The room as clean, but my particular bathroom (309) has a slight sewage smell. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was quick, and the complimentary breakfast was well prepared and the are kept stocked and clean.
