The staff was great. Excellent customer service. Would I stay at the LaQuinta again? NEVER! My Room had roaches, the neighbors had dogs that barked the whole time I was there, the people above me were loud and stomped all night long, MANAGEMENT was never on property and I never received a call back when i complained…. Then when i arrived to my room there was a used roll of toilet paper still in use, nothing new, USED. That is very unsanitary.This property management needs to be changed because it seems the only good employees are the staff… SHAME ON YOU LaQuinta in suites in Lewisville Texas

My daughter and I had a great stay. The updated rooms were nice and the breakfast would have been perfect, but the eggs weren’t great. I loved the variety of the breakfast, however. The beds were comfy and the room clean. I love the walk in shower the threshold to the bathroom was something I had to get used to. I tripped on it the first night. It was the only part of the floor that was raised. Overall, I would stay there again.
