I have reached out several times regarding the issue at Lakemere and have received no resolution. I am told by Vrbo support to deal with the management company and the management company said I need to deal with you. I checked out of the house and moved to a hotel on Saturday, 8/16, as previously communicated to all parties. I have provided several communications, including pictures of the cockroach issue we faced, amongst other issues. I will be pursuing this as there has been no accountability or resolution to this matter.

The kitchen was not as stocked with cookware as we were expecting. Wanted to make breakfast there, and could only find one pan. No cookie sheets either to bake biscuits.

While the pictures online were accurate about this listing, which showed rooms with very basic and limited furniture, the stocking of supplies to stay in this home were very inadequate. This home was not ready for a traveler to come to and stay in with any comfort. Examples would be: no kitchen towels, no dish strainer, nothing to store food or wrap food, no adequate pans or supplies for cooking, etc. it was a shell of a home with bare bones minimum furniture, almost no decor or special touches, and less than adequate kitchen and bathroom supplies for comfort.
