The hotels nice no Jacuzzi like I was told, but unfortunately, the hotel allows pets was stuck next to a room that had a dog that was barking all night. Woke me up three times a night when you’re paying that much for a hotel you don’t wanna be woken up with barking dogs.

I didnt like the travelocty service i specifically asked for ada compliance room as im in a wheelchair was given a regular room i was also not informed there was a parking fee i will not use your service again In closing i was very satisfied with the staff at live by lowes arlington when notified they attempted to rectify my bill at checkout by issuing a credit back for parking Thankyou James Wiggins

The valet service is lacking proper labor management and communication. Multiple times I waited 20 minutes for my car. Even texting the systems “for more convenience”. Watching 5-6 valet employees stand around, while my car was not in route was annoying. Even once, I went to the window to break a 20 dollar bill. When waking up to the window, I could see multiple valet employees standing around. One was counting his tips, 2 were conversing, and one was holding 2 sets of keys. One set being my own. The employee holding my keys tried to hand the. To one of the employees conversing. Who told him to hold on, while they finished. This is ten minutes AFTER I texted down. I asked to break a 20, which took about 5 minutes of negotiations from the guy who was just counting his tips. Even after that 5 minutes, the guy with my keys, still had not left the room. I walked back to the front doors and told my wife. She said “you better not tip them”. Car only took about 7 minutes to arrive. Meaning IF and only IF they left after my text, it only takes 7 minutes to obtain the car, instead of the the 23 we waited. Which means it’s the managment and system. Fix it!
