Horrible staff, horrible service. The manager doesn’t deserve to be a manager. He can’t manage his own self. He will never let you speak. He would constantly try to talk over you does not deserve to be in the hospitality business. If ever in Arlington, avoid this place at all cost.

Worst hotel ever
The stay was absolutely horrible. They have people working at the front desk. They don’t know how to do their job. The manager always thinks he’s right he tries to talk over people instead of listening to what they have to say. I would not recommend anyone ever stay at this hotel they lied about room availabilities. They lied about floods. They lied about everything and when you called him out on it, he wants to over talk to you and then threaten to cancel my reservation. Horrible place I would never recommend anybody to ever stay there and I’m gonna tell this many people as I can to never stay there.
We were there 5 nights and our room didnt recieve service a single time. No new sheets, no new towels. Nothing. Very limitted facilities. Would have rather spent the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. Do not recommend.
