> Note: An extra guest fee of $25 applies after the first 2 guests.

3. Hold Harmless:

> No refunds for unfavourable weather, storms, earthquakes, or wildfires.

5. Parking:

> Tampering with cameras leads to cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and removal without refund.

18. Cleaning:

19. Parties:
