Perfect for a one night stay

Room was clean. Was as shown. No fridge or microwave, but we weren't there very much. The deposit was a little more than I expected for a one night stay, but I would stay there again if I needed a night or two.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Duncanville area. They also let me do late check out, which I really appreciated since I'm here for a basketball tournament. Overall, a very pleasant experience for a low cost.

I really appreciated that pets stay free—such a great bonus! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I felt secure knowing the hotel used key card access after hours. The parking lot was also well-lit, which added to the sense of safety and convenience. Overall, a pleasant and thoughtful stay!

I thought the property was going to be nice because of the pictures but it was the opposite. The restroom would not flush, the parking was terrible and limited. The front desk was not good either and the surprising $100 deposit wasn’t a pleasant surprise. The sheets were dirty and the curtains were falling apart that the sun was coming in to early in the morning. And the peep hole to our door had toilet paper already in it due to the peep hole cover not working. Will not be staying here ever again.

Great price and new

This hotel is new, low cost and just off the highway. The staff upon checkin was very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would change would be having the room cleaned daily and maybe adding an iron. The bed was comfortable, the area was quiet and the room was very nice.
