It smelled terrible in the room. Took 20 minutes to check in because the front desm person was gone. We didnt even stay for 10 minutes. Checked out, ate the cancelation fee, and went down the road to something nicer.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room I was originally assigned had a few maintenance issues, but the staff handled it impressively fast. I was quickly relocated to a new room without hassle. Great customer service and quick problem-solving made the experience a positive one!

Roaches and bugs in the room. Room smelled like cigarettes. The front door wouldnt lock. Charged twice. Left after 60 seconds of being in the room.

Place was a dump. Elevator doors didn't close all the way, no air in the elevator so it felt like an oven even at 10pm. The room felt like a cave. The light in the kitchen didn't work at all nor did the one in the bathroom. The door is less than a foot from the toilet. Someone at one point had kicked in the door. They repaired it with wood glue, there weren't even any nails or screws. Roaches on the wall. And they had some burn barrels outside with what looks like grills over them in the parking lot. We didn't feel safe here at all. We spent the night and bolted the next morning.

There was really nothing to like about this property from reception to room cleanliness. It was a last minute booking for me and i regret it. The outside of the property seem so run down and unsafe and the inside is old and smelly. The ac runs loudly throughout the night and adding that to freeway noise is a very loud room and i barely slept. I had ti go to Walmart and buy room freshener just to help with the smell. Overall i was disappointed with myself for booking this place.
