Really good price for on the spot booking a little over $100 for two nights. Check in process was easy, the receptionist at the desk was really nice, I believe her name was Siri she said.

●Brown water out of faucets ● Most staff can not speak English ● No know how on how to treat service animals, everyone, every morning made us wait outside just to change the trash or replace some towels. One time we got stuck out for an 1hour and no one helped. ● First day I asked for them to sweep and clean up. The maid doesn't know how to. I had to sweep my own room. ●NO BREAKFAST. Sad sack with sunny d and a granola bar and if you are not up at, at least, 7am to get it, you have nothing ●Rude indian man that cleans in the AM, possibly racist ● next door neighbors wre fighting and threatening each other till 2am and i had to keep calling front desk and their security 😑 ●No rest at all I could go on forever! This place stinks and i want my money back

There were roaches in our bedroom, the curtains had blood on them, and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. We weren’t able to sleep all night scared that a roach would get on us. Staff weren’t as attentive.

Not only was the room dirty, the TV didn’t work, & my last night there they had some type of cop (wasn’t 100% bc he never identified himself) came to the door & banged on it for a good 5 mins at 4:30am pushing me out the way to open the door all the way to the room… bc they thought I was smoking in the room… I was sleeping … & I don’t smoke

Our walls had stains in the bathroom. We had no soap in our shower when we got there. They told us we could snoke within 50 ft of the building, but as soon as we parked i saw so many cigarettes butts on the ground.
