The backyard is the main event. A custom-painted pickleball court with a bold "Howdy Frisco!" mural sets the tone. The fire pit patio is surrounded by colorful Adirondack chairs under a canopy of mature trees, with a covered bar structure nearby for drinks and hangs. Kids have their own space with a large wooden playset featuring a slide, climbing wall, and swing. Mini golf and an oversized deck with a BBQ grill round out the yard (and to top it off, you can hear live music from the restaurant directly behind us every Thursday-Saturday 7-10pm)

Comfortable & Functional Living Space

Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleep your core group, and a Murphy queen bed in the foyer adds a fourth sleeping option sleeping up to 8 people. Two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, keep mornings moving. The living room features a 65" TV and a living room styled in warm cognac leather, rust velvet swivel chairs, and a green checker accent wall anchored by a neon sign that sets the mood immediately.


Game Room

The dedicated game room comes with a 55" TV and a PlayStation console, so there's always somewhere to retreat when the outdoor games wrap up.
