Good price, clean/nice unit, neighborhood isn't the best

The unit itself is lovely and clean and host was very communicative. TV didn't work but that didn't really bother us. There is fairly loud road/airplane/train noise and the entrance from the garage to unit needs improvement. The neighborhood isn't the best but that is likely why the unit is priced where it's at. Overall, it worked for our needs.
