TV would not stay on longer than 30 minutes. No eggs on the breakfast buffet, only biscuit and gravy and waffles and snacks The hot water did not exist in the shower. The pool was froze over which means busted pipe once thawed :( Waste of good property with poor management

Room was okay and clean. Breakfast was horrible. Cereal was stale, bread and bagels tasted stale! Waffle machine was not working They didn’t serve breakfast on time. We threw away our breakfast and ate at the airport. Front desk girl when we checked in was reall friendly and nice. Overall hotel seems run down and needs a facelift!

We were sent to a room that was already occupied. The “free airport shuttle” was “broken on the highway”. We turned on the water to shower and it didn’t get hot. We called the front desk and were told the hot water heater was broken. When checking in they should have told us!!!!

Staff severely lacking. Unreliable shuttle service. Small shabby room. The mixer valve in the shower didn’t work properly. Buckets in the hall to catch leaking water. A small fire in the “kitchen”. Is that enough. I had to spend 150$ on taxis since flights kept getting cancelled and the hotel couldn’t provide a shuttle. I wouldn’t stay there again for free. Expedia’s ad said they had airport shuttle service, stand behind your word and refund my 150$
