The shuttle bus took mire than an hour to pick us up at the airport to bring us to the hotel. Check in was fast. The room was not very clean and there were few roaches

I had to be moved three times in under a hour of checking in due to roaches. It was the middle of the night so I just requested large garbage bags so we could put all our stuff in. It was nice there, the guy at the front desk was understanding. If you don’t mind taking home roaches then come here but if you do mind I suggest finding another place

One evening I went to the lobby end walked over to the area where the food was that they were selling. Never touched anything on the shelves because there was nothing that I wanted. Went to walk to the store next-door She called me back to her and then told me that I had to give her the chocolate bar I just stole. Longer story short I didn't have anything. No apology. Told the manager the next day and while I was talking to him he paid more attention to his phone than me Told me he would talk to her. No apology from either of them. Will never go back.
