Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
Pets: We allow, well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
Please be mindful of the electricity.We cover up to $100 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest
