Decent stay with minor issues

The room size was great. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. We did have issues with low water pressure in the shower, the curtains in the bedroom were broken and didn’t fully close, and the ac unit in the living room made a really loud, rattling noise. That being said, service was great, the room was still cold, and the bed was comfortable.

Very quiet. Awesome free breakfast. If you want to shop, Galleria is nearby. As Dallas at times has hail and stormy weather (It was when we were there), the garage parking was great (@ a 25 a day charge though). It’s also a little different as Residence Inn is sharing the building with a slightly more upscale Marriott hotel, but not a problem.

Awesome hotel

We came down for spring break, the hotel was so convenient and great location! The free breakfast was so awesome and free coffee, couldn’t ask for anything better .

Basic / never went for the free breakfast as the place looked dismal. Basic hotel - charged $10 for two small waters in room. In the hallway is a small print notice saying there is water available at a fountain! Check in was not forthcoming with any info- average service. I would not book this place ever again.
