My family and I went to just have a getaway but they turned me away because of my ESA service animal because they don't accept animals but post it all through the building they say service animals are welcome very displeased

The check in was no problem, but when heading to my room there was someone's shoes on the stairs, then their phone, then once i reached the top, the person was also there laughing on the floor in the middle of the hallway.
