I always enjoy my stay here, however; cleanliness is declining. I always clean the bathroom myself upon entry, but this time I had to put my back into it. The shower floor hadn’t been touched by housekeeping, there was hair on the floor as if no one swept prior to. The sink needed some elbow grease as well.

Was in town from out of state for a graduation. The hotel exceeds expectations and was a great find ! We had everything we needed in close proximity and the hotel had all you need on site if you prefer to stay close. Wonderful area & great hotel service . Would book this hotel again . We had three different rooms w/ amenities to serve our group and every room was great ! Restroom was accommodating with tub or separate rain shower option and the bed was a nice sleep !

The property was very clean The couch in the room was really in bad shape. The lighted mirror was broken and wouldn't stay in place. The dust ruffle on the bed was badly torn. Passed the front desk several times and there was no one about. It was not worth over $400 for the 2 night stay. Will not book again

Anniversary trip

Had to be moved to another room because of roaches. The first time we saw one we thought it was just a fluke. The second one was while we were eating and it almost ran across my foot. We have stayed here before with no issues, so this was a surprise.

The room was nice, spacious and clean; really enjoyed that they had several hangers as well as two complimentary robes to use during our stay. The lobby was quite busy, so it wasn't as tidy as in the photos, and the check in took a little while as there was only one person at the desk, however we did receive prompt service when requested. I do like the fact that this hotel offers several amenities like a gym, pool and spa that opens up to a nice cozy patio. My only complaint would be the humidity in the room. Could have been a fluke and could have just been my room, but the room stayed rather damp (our bathing suits were still soaking wet when we left the next day). Side note: Shark Club (bar and grill attached to the hotel) should work on their customer service and policy for pricing. I would avoid eating there.
