Short stay, so I did not take part in everything. The room was clean and the hotel served it’s purpose for being closer to the city while I attended events. The staff I encountered were all nice and professional. The only negative that stuck out was the shower water pressure was weak. If I were staying longer I would have expressed concern.

My stay was extremely stressful and disappointing. After checking into my room, I noticed that the TV was not working. I called the front desk for assistance, and it took maintenance nearly an hour to come and look at the issue. They told me they needed to reset the Wi-Fi but never returned with an update. After waiting another hour, I went down to the front desk to ask for an update. I was informed that when it rains, the Wi-Fi in that particular room does not work. I then requested to be moved to another room, but initially I was told that no other rooms were available. While standing at the front desk, clearly upset, I was asked, “Do you really need Wi-Fi that badly?” I responded that I did. After waiting an additional ten minutes, they were finally able to switch me to another room. Unfortunately, when I entered the new room, there was no remote control. I called the front desk again to inform them and ask if one could be sent up. The staff member responded with an attitude and hung up the phone. To make matters worse, I also saw a roach in the room, which was extremely concerning and unacceptable. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and far below expectations.
