Large 2000+ SF second floor condo on a quiet tree lined street in a desirable neighborhood with new furnishings. Home features an open concept with large living areas, 2 dining areas, large kitchen, 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms . Sun filled living room opens to a large screened balcony overlooking Oak Lawn. Home has Smart TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher and central AC/Heat.

No details overlooked. All beds come with 14 inch Gel Memory foam cooling mattresses and 800 thread count puma cotton sheets.

Family room has a large 65” Smart TV. TV’s preloaded with Netflix, HBO Max, Peacock TV, Hulu and more.

Great host, good location

Saraubh was a phenomenal host. He was so conscientious and helpful during our stay. The neighborhood is very nice, with grocery stores and playgrounds in walking distance.
