Dont stay here!

This property has potential. It has been so-called updated but there is still work that needs to be done. The checkin process would've been smoother, if the host had provided us with the correct access code. Imagine arriving at 2 am after driving for 8 hours and you cant get in. Not only that, you cant reach anyone. Even VRBO tried reaching out to the host. Just so happen, we took a guess at the code and was able to get in. The whole time my family stayed here, the host did not communicate with me about any concerns that we had. We were not even informed about the checkout process. I would not stay here again. Oh yea, we were not able to use the washing machine because it had dirty water just sitting inside of it. I would add a picture but the app is not working correctly.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2025
