Just odd. Weirdly use of the space, the rooms and all the amenities are very basic, poorly designed and maintained. Extremely noisy at night due to the highway being so close. There are definitely better places in this area.

We were in a handicap room on the 3rd floor and the elevator went out. The sign on the elevator said if you need help getting luggage down, to call front desk, we did, we were informed they didn't have anyone to help. Its a very clean, very comfortable place to stay other than that

There was recurring noise throughout the night for the last two nights of our stay. In spite of the employees getting in contact with the guest above, the noise continued and it was loud banging noise throughout the night and early morning.

Spark by Hilton is a quaint hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Our suite was huge and the price was reasonable. The hotel was clean and the hallways smelled fresh.

The property is terrible. The smell of Lysol is so strong I have had a headache since I got here at 2pm and it's 10:52pm now. We got back and I still smell it strongly. The amenities are subpar, I don't feel super safe. The elevators are broken and won't be fixed during our stay. The property is ridiculously overpriced. Upon arrival, the workers were talking about how people can just leave if they are going to complain. Do NOT spend your money here. We will NEVER stay at a Spark property again.

Cheap cheap cheap.... linoleum floor, plastic shower wall, texture walls.... No doors on closet, no chair... Staff didn't even bother to open the locked glass door when we arrived, another guest let us in with their key. Elevator broke, toaster broke. At least room was clean.

Comfortable and clean

We found this to be a very nice hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very large. They could easily add a couch to the room, which would be a nice addition. They have a continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. But this is clearly stated on their details.
