The hotel was quiet. The staff was nice. But I had to kill a roach in the room on Friday night and had a cricket in the room when I woke up on Saturday morning. The vibe felt as if it was an updated Motel 6. Flushing the toilet took ten minutes (exaggerating) for the water to go down. I won’t be back to this location.

My clothes were damped like from just being in the room hanging which I thought was so odd but the carpet felt the same. Not wet but like humid and I’ve been to hotels with AC on and this was a first.

Perfect stay for a game

Room was small, but clean. The beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly. Location was perfect. Only complaint was our room was close to the elevator and we could hear all noise and dings.

Smelled of mildew in the room and the covers did not smell fresh. The room we had was very small. No hot breakfast as advertised. Took a shower and the tube clogged up. Had to have maintenance come the next morning. Could not fix the clog, so we had to change rooms. The 1st room was not acceptable. While the very nice young lady was trying to find a suitable room (3), we decided to just check. out. Will Not return. Stayed 1 night...

The bed was comfortable but the bath tub appeared old and dingy. Even though this is something that can't be controlled by staff, the entire floor we were staying in, reeked of marijuana.

Bug bites ruined stay

Horrible experience with bugs and bites in the room. Thought it would be better maintain being a Hilton brand hotel. Wife had a total of twenty bites all over her body and it is still swelling.

Book elsewhere

The building is very dated- I should have read more reviews before booking. Cracked ceilings, shower curtains that don't fit properly, refrigerator in room plugged in and running but not cold. I booked for 2 nights. Would have checked out early and found another room elsewhere, but it wasn't in my budget and I knew I wouldn't get refunded for the 2nd night. Only friendly staff was at checkout. Very sweet young lady. I would not recommend this hotel. Also hard to get to- sharing a lot with overrun dumpsters and thrown out furniture.
