unsafe.

everything was good expect for the fact that we went to a concert and carpooled with some friends, came back to their car being STOLEN and no employee called the cops. they have a “security” and he didn’t do anything we told the front desk lady and she didn’t want to give us the name of the manager and kept laughing while talking to us like if it was funny.

The hot tub wasn’t working and no one emailed text or called us to let us know before we arrived and that’s what we were really looking forward to. the room was clean, but the cabinets and woodwork could use a remodel. Very nice breakfast!

My air conditioner did not work, I told the front office and no one ever came. They offered me a new room when I got back in around 12. It was just too late to move and I was exhausted after being on my feet all day coaching!

I am 81, the nearest ice machine on my floor was not working , so I had to go to the end of the hall & climb stairs to find another one. The handle on the shower door was broken, & I reported both of these to the front desk.

It was a good option for seeing a show at the Granada theater. In high traffic too about 15 minutes but less on the way back . Price was right . Very quiet room .
