Staff was friendly. After hours the main door you have to be buzzed in-which was nice for safety reasons! The room looked clean but there were stray hairs on the floor and in a towel and parts of the shower were dirty. I had the kitchen, looked good with a stove, fridge, and toaster. No pans were provided though. Overall, I felt safe and comfortable!

Everything was nice. Nothing outstanding but NO HOT WATER.Been driving for 19 hours straight and having vehicle issues. All you would like to do is take a shower and sleep. But NO HOT WATER. Was very disappointed.
