The Space:

This building is a historic industrial space that’s been around for over 100 years. If you're sensitive to smells, we recommend booking elsewhere.
If you're looking for something suburban, quiet, and quaint, this might not be the right fit. The apartment complex has several units, so you’ll come across different faces and some occasional noise—similar to what you’d experience in a busy hotel. It's important to note that it's the guest’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the area and the surrounding neighborhood of Downtown Dallas. As hosts, we are not liable for the actions of others in the building. The building is relatively safe, but again, this unit is in a large apartment complex, so if you are not comfortable with sharing a building with others, we recommend booking elsewhere.
This is an apartment complex with amenities, not a luxury building. Please don’t expect high-end services like premium valet or premium building amenities. It’s not a resort experience.
VALET PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
There are oversized vehicle restrictions for valet parking. If your vehicle is oversized it will not be able to park inside the parking structure. Some examples are and not limited to:
✰Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
✰Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
✰Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
✰Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
✰Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
