After 20 hours of flight cancelations, you hotel was a welcome safe place to rest and recoup. The bonus is if I were to be stranded at DFW again and I have my disabled husband with me I now know the handicap rooms are wonderful.

The front desk clerk was professional and very knowledgeable in assisting me with my questions regarding shuttle services. The room was as pictured online!! It is quite and pleasant!

They let us check in early and didn't charge us any extra money, the hotel smelled nice and was super clean. The breakfast was a choice of two different cereals, yogurt and waffles. They had juice and coffee. The mattresses were very comfortable. Each room had a coffee pot and refrigerator in it. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the low price. Very kind people that work there.

It was okay for a one night stay

Initially it smelled a little weird, like incense or something but it could just be an old building. My room was okay. There is no carpeting and there were a few cosmetic issues. The bed was okay but wish there were mattress protectors on it. The sheets and pillow cases need to be cleaned with something that will brighten and get rid of stains. And the toilet kept running off and on throughout the night when it was not being used. Side note, since it is so close to the airport, be prepared to hear the planes all night. It was okay for a one night stay.

Quality for less in Grapevine

The room was clean and had a bathtub which I always appreciate. I liked way the room was set up and enjoyed the big window. The bed was a bit firm. Breakfast was simple. Waffles, yogurt, juice and cereal but it worked and was tasty. Best of all the location was only a few miles from family. I will return.It was also nice to have room service every day.
