This company doesn’t prioritize their customers. Additionally, their communication is not good. I had an event in Dallas and wanted to stay at their property while I was there and after my flight was delayed over 6 times, i missed my event so decided to just cancel the trip. I asked Mint House if I could have a credit or refund and they declined both. I even told them I’d be happy to use the credit SOON as I am a frequent traveler and they declined and refused. It’s clear they are in it for the money and not for the customer. I do business deals for a living and the client should always be treated with value and respect and consideration. Not the case in this situation. 0/10 do not recommend. I’ll stay in hotel chains moving forward because they have stronger business values.
