The bell service was phenomenal!! I had to go to work at the crack of dawn at the hospital and they were so amazing!! The room was luxurious and I loved having my own fridge to store my drinks. The view was spectacular. 10/10 even during a winter storm

I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel I got the most out of my buck. I had a beautiful view of Dallas from the 31st floor. I loved the pool. I went mid January. I had a heated pool all to myself both mornings I swam. Pool is located on the 32nd floor, so also a beautiful view! The location was perfect. I tried to stay in the area as much as possible. Downtown is sketchy at night so be careful. Breakfast was good. I ordered. I did not get the buffet. The waitress was really nice. The hotel and room were clean. Beautiful bathroom. Comfortable bed. I asked for an upgrade on my room, when I checked in. The attendant gave me one even though I paid through a third party. The attendants downstairs were so nice. Vallet guys were great. No complaints.

Room was good, the reading lights in the bed were not working and broken but the stay and everything else was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar tender was good amenities were readily available
