Even thought I paid through Expedia, I was charged at the hotel because it hadn’t loaded properly so now I’m out of $200 until supposedly after midnight. Will not be booking at this hotel again.

Pics look nice but it really isn’t

We got the room and noticed no couch so I called and found out there’s no cots or couch’s. The window shade was broken and wouldn’t rolled up and there was a loud wind noise coming in through the window. We stayed for an hour and half while we booked another hotel and then left. We paid for this room a few months ago and the pics looked like a nice hotel but I would Never stay there again. So we lost $150 on the room and didnt even stay.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was the traffic noise outside the room. Kept us country folk up all night. The room did have two pairs of ear plugs available. We just aren’t used to much noise and wearing them. If I stayed again I would put the ear plugs in.

Hand soap dispenser

Only thing I disliked was trying to squeeze the hand soap out of those dispensers. It was difficult for me to even get a drop out. A much older person wouldn’t be able to get any soap.
