I picked this hotel specifically because of the location, anemnities, and rooftop bar. The rooftop bar is under construction, that wasnt clear when i booked and i was very disappointed

The staff was polite. Property & rooms were clean... felt like a new build. There is a store right next door. Only down side was the on-site restaurant/ bar was closed for renovations.

The information I was given regarding pet fee was inconsistent and was not honorable. I had called way in advance to ensure my emotional support letter would be accepted and was told yes. But upon check in I was told otherwise. I stay at nice hotels almost 2 times a month due to work and have NEVER needed to pay. Also i requested two queen size beds and stated that at check in and was still give a room with ONE bed. Upon calling the front desk I was told that’it’s still the same price”. I did not care about the cost. I requested a room with TWO beds. Also they had no liners for ice buckets!

Shoutout to Liz and Sharon at the front desk they are super awesome, friendly, and helpful! The hotel was amazing and I recommend it! Breakfast was tasty, staff was great, the lobby was full of fun stuff to do and homely!

It was so impossible to sleep with the freeway traffic all night. Even with the conveniently provided ear plugs. They didn’t work. So frustrating and not worth the money if you are actually looking for sleep.

Very good breakfast, close to world trade center, good price. Poor maintenance...the WC was blocked and they didn't have a plumber available, so what they did was to leave a plunger by the door so we would do it ourselves.They did offer to give us another room but we had already organized our clothes and didn't want to have to pack/unpack everything again. The rooms are very basic.
