There are only 1 ice machine and it was broken and i have to go buy ice. Breakfast was ok. Boiled eggs was so hard. Sausages was very salty. Price is good.

TRAVEL TEAMS STAY AWAY!!!

Nope. We booked 12 rooms at home 2 suites for a basketball tournament First we were moved to try next door... we were accommodating when your pipes flooded your partnering hotel.. but yet when one of the 12 moms fell behind on check out and tried to pay for half a day the front offered no help whatsoever!! So I either had to pay for a full night or miss my kids game!! FYI single parents with kids on competitive travel teams don't have a trust fund sitting in their account. We typically piece together the money each week just to allow their kids opportunities... thank you Chandra for being so unhelpful!!! And thank you tru for aiding in me having to miss my son's basketball game today... ps neither hotel was fully booked all weekend!!! TEAM BOOKINGS STAY AWAY!!! Also received a message from Chandra and it basically said- sorry not sorry… and that their policy just didn’t apply to us needing a little extra time to check out.. and I never asked to stay additional for FREE… I asked for half a day RATE and the only thing I could do was book an extra night

Plano stay

Breakfast was good, internet was great as was tv offered. Only a couple of negatives, bed was not the most comfortable and it made a lot of noise when rolling over, the other thing is laminate floors not typical of an upscale hotel chain. Carpeting would be better and quieter.

Great hotel, great price, full buffet breakfast, coffee bar 24/7, card games, fun seating like swinging chairs and a pool table in the lobby. We enjoyed spending a lot of time there.
