This lovely spacious cottage home features an open floor plan. The home is perfect for families/groups looking for a suburban/urban vibe that is close to where you want to be. It's 5 minutes away from University of Texas-Dallas and yet within a short drive to Downtown Dallas, DFW, Parkland Hospital and Cowboys Stadium. Very close to Plano. Perfect stay!

Came to Dallas for a work trip and Ugochi’s place was perfect. I had my dog with me so the yard was ideal and the neighborhood was great to walk around in. Would highly recommend staying at this home!
