Just a short walk from the vibrant Lower Greenville stretch, you will be close to everything when you stay at my centrally-located home. Enjoy your time on the lower floor of my fully renovated 1935 two-story duplex. Near Uptown, Knox Henderson, SMU, Baylor, and downtown.

Brand new furniture and appliances plus a full kitchen that includes: refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, cookware, plates, cups & utensils.

My narrow driveway has a few dips in it so proceed slowly if you choose not to park on the street :)
