Hotel design was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was beautiful and had great cocktails. The pool was great. Rooms were very well stocked, nice shampoo and conditioner and body products, qtips and makeup remover wipes in the room. The design of the room was great for bags and getting ready. Would 1000% be coming back to this hotel when I’m in Dallas. Also great coffee shops near by and they have a house car to bring you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel which is super conviennent if you don’t have a rental car.

A lot of the buttons in our suite to control the lights, curtains, etc. did not work. Staff was great. The floors in the restroom and bathroom could have been a lot more cleaner esepically considering we were in one of the most expensive suites.
