Perfect Stay for graduation

Just around the corner from SMU on a quiet street, perfect one bedroom apt. Was able to attend a number of graduation events without worrying about parking. Small but clean and kitchen very modern.

College Weekend

The property was in a perfect location right across the street from SMU and my son‘s dorm. It was clean, effortless getting in, and a good spot to meet with him and his friends before going out to dinner and the football game. I would definitely Stay at this spot again.

The apartment was in a great location for our work and the property manager was very responsive. There were a couple of areas that didn't function and were noted by the manager. The parking was a little challenging for an SUV; however, it worked. We would stay there again.
