We love the Library Bar, central location to Dallas and the Cedsr Springs and Oaklawn area. Plenty to experience within walking distance.

The property is nice as are the rooms. The staff however leave a lot to be desired. I had so many problems with credit card charging - it took a week to sort it out. I don't know if it was a language issue or the people don't understand the directions - it was terribly frustrating. The hotel is lovely though.

Overall the stay was ok. There was a lack of attention to detail. The office chair the room was dirty with crumbs, a plate was left outside the door from the prior guest and not removed for 12 hours. The rooms were big, the bathroom was updated but shower pressure was low.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel looked great. There was a limited room service menu but I overlooked that given delivery options. Room was spacious. Valet was efficient. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Starting from my reserved suite being oversold and not available - and the attitude I received with the news, and ending with a really filthy fridge.
