Several times callas were made from a suite regarding empty bottles in the the key locked bar. Nothing was done!! Several bottles were empty and I waited and waited…nobody showed. As I left for a few hours for the night to go out, I asked front desk to please reset all the glasses and ice please for when we come back. NOTHING was done! Very dissatisfied with paying for a suite and no response made from ANYONE!!!

Great but Noisy!

The stay was great! Saturday night was a little wild because there was a wedding going on and it lasted till about 11 pm. Also, lots of fire trucks and emergency vehicles going off because there was a fire station across the street.

Feel Cheated

Great stay. Great room. Very helpful and friendly staff. We are from about a hour and a half outside Dallas and went to dinner in Dallas and stayed late. We thought we would treat ourselves to a night, rather than driving an hour + home at night. We call the Warwick since it was right around the corner from the restaurant. They told us the "all in" cost was $199.98. We accepted, drove over (we were in separate cars) and stayed the night. This morning I learned we were charged an additional $120 for valet and other fees. That's 35% over the "all in" cost we were quoted. Feel pretty cheated. Ruined my morning. Changed my feeling 100% about the Warwick.

This is my second time in a year staying at Warwick Meltose Dallas and this time I brought a guest. They were as pleased as I was clean rooms, comfortable beds, well maintained building and good room service and in house dining, Being New Yorkers we are tough to please but I found my place anytime I go to Dallas now.
